Penrith Police Station

After a repulsive little insect stole the wheels from my partner's car, costing us $1,000 in excess, and with CCTV cameras at the only entrance / exit of the carpark, I'd expect a little more from the Penrith LAC after 2.5 months than telling me "usually your insurance would sort things out and that'd be the end of it"!

My experience with the service has left me feeling they're apathetic, unmotivated and rude. Let's hope they're a little more engaged with more serious offences.

When your getting arrested and ask for your asthma puffer cause you can't breathe,and the tough constable pepper sprays you and says that's my puffer.Yet they the ones coughing and spluttering using your hose by the side of the road,after creating a crime scene and not even realising someones fast asleep in a room not checked until being told too...And getting nothing.What a joke,keep up the good work. Claps.... Having to rate you 1 star to post your ineptness, lol.

Phones engaged all the time

They NEVER answer their phones! This particular time, I have been trying for 20 minutes. Phone has rung out 17 times. Penrith is a big place now, maybe a few more admin to man the phones?!?
