Absolutely no help. I was basically sent away, because I didn't buy my car from them. VW was a big and trusted name, but they really should think how they treat customers who need service. Never buy VW again...

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Travis (sales rep) and Stephen (sales manager) for their assistance when i was purchasing my brand new VW. They looked after me from day one and I can say that they have demonstrated excellent customer service. I will definitely go back to Penrith VW again.

Bought a new car and received the best care both before and after the sale. I have nothing but nice things to say. Post sales service was very nice experience with complimentary coffee cake etc

Absolute wrought. Hope you read the fine print on your 1% interest car deal this month. Penalised if you use your car more than 15,000 kms...
