Have always wanted to go , the reception staff where excellent , the room was average and not very clean , mini bar and coffee station where not replenished . Dinner and breakfast below expectation. For the price we paid for a night it was below expectation, lacked atmosphere and charm . Won’t be back

Extremely disappointing stay. Room - avaerage for cost of package. TV / Movie system - old and useless - picture kept freezing, movies would not work. Just to get a channel onto TV station was a painful process. WI FI was really bad. got connected a couple of times, but fell out a few minutes later. Other times just couldn't get on. Alarm test at 8.30am, without warning!!! Water stopped working to room - so no showers on last day check out. Just not good enough from a 4 star property!! On top of all that - no choice offered at dinner for plain water - so charged us $8.50 for a bottle of still water. AAARGH!!!

Great experience during a hen's weekend - we got upgraded to the bridal suite! Amazing cocktails from the bar, stunning grounds and the fine dining restaurant was delicious

After two nights here we were sorry to leave. Our king room was huge and private, we loved the open fires and comfy chairs in the communal areas, and even the bar food from Kater's restaurant was beautiful. The breakfast was so generous and tasty that we didn't need to eat until dinner. Take the opportunity to play some of their board games in front of the fire!

Enjoying a wedding. The food was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The setting was beautiful. Strongly recommend it as a venue.
