Personal Fitness For Women

Personal Fitness for Women is a boutique fitness studio at Warners Bay, Lake Macquarie.

Our trainers provide a professional service in a friendly and relaxed environment.

The studio offers individual and specific training, with tailored programming to meet your health and fitness goals. Prior to visiting the studio, a non invasive , initial analysis must be undertaken. This analysis will allow your trainer to assess your current health status, view your posture and identify your body type. In turn, you will perform small exercises to determine your current levels of flexibility, upper body strength, shoulder range, core stability levels and current cardiovascular fitness. Further, you and your trainer will discuss your health and fitness goals and your program will be tailored toward corrective and /or strengthening exercises and a program to meet your needs.

All sessions are one hour in length. We offer individual training or small group training of a maximum 5 ladies at any one hour. (Please see our PERSONAL TRAINING options for men’s sessions)
We specialize is weight control, core conditioning, posture & flexibility correction, back care, knee rehabilitation, stress relief, and exercises for aging and menopause.

On the other hand, Slender Boss Program targets women over the age of 40 who not only want to achieve their goal weight, but who want to manage their hormones and permanently change poor serving lifestyle habits.
