FunFit is a wonderful community gym and Self Defence centre. Tim has many years experience and an amazing ability to see people’s potential. He is a supportive personal trainer, and a really fun kids instructor who quickly helps the kids to feel at ease and act their best. Group fitness is fun, with personal attention and friendly, familiar faces. Tim’s Self Defence for women and kids builds essential skills both physical and verbal/attitudinal. I declare that I am biased, as his wife, but our kids and I have also experienced all of his services, and can highly recommend them.
