During my brief visit yesterday I was shocked to hear the way a member of staff spoke to someone else's child. The little girl only asked if she could pat the puppy she was holding. Staff don't need to be so rude to a child.

Not sure and can’t argue about if the dogs come from puppy farms, although the store generally is way too expensive! I’ve seen cavoodles for 2500 - 3500 not 4K!

This Place is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! They are the rudest and the most arrogant people I have ever come across. Would never shop there again. They are a rip off as well. They Don't even know where they get their dogs from. If I could give them below 0 I would.

need a ZERO rating on here, as put a hold a puppy for less then a day and explained my situation and then sold it without contacting first.
They also where very rude after i rang, HORRIBLE Service would recommend staying far away.

Surprised by people saying negative things. We bought our Beaglier pup from here who they sourced from a small, licensed, independent breeder in Dubbo. All the staff were extremely friendly, well informed and walked us through the whole procedure and our pup was thoroughly checked out by a local vet (for free) before and after sale and is in perfect health. People seem very quick to jump to conclusions; given its a small family run store that has run successfully in the area for some time I find it hard to believe they're secretly puppy-farming monsters, plotting world domination in between animal cruelty.. Only downside for me is that the products they sell are a little expensive but given they are independent thats not a total surprise.

Please don't shop here for puppies they are all obviously from puppy farms. Some of the crosses I've seen here I've never even heard of. I feel bad for the poor dogs who are producing these innocent puppies.

On top of that their prices are ridiculous. Puppies are over priced as is most of the stock they sell. For example, a Japanese spitz with a NSW breeder will cost around 2000$ but here they are $3300! Look online, even pet o is cheaper than this and there is one up the road from here.

Staff are also very rude and rush you. They don't have much knowledge about caring for pets and their staff act like they don't like animals most the time.

Horrible experience will stick to registered breeders and online stores selling quality products for low prices. Try polite paws online store instead!

Wish i could give a ZERO! Absolutely horrible conditions they cant explain where the dogs come from! and for the amount of dogs they have at a time puppy farms are definitely there source of breeders! you should be ashamed. Don't buy dogs from here.
