Ordered flower delivery which never arrived. After contacting them, instead of apologizing they challenged me disrespectfully saying they did deliver, even sending me a photo of the flowers at the supposed location. However, knowing what the destination looks like they were clearly mistaken. Extremely shameful company who did this when they knew I was outside of the country without any ability to defend myself.
