Peter Middleton and his wife Katharine; a Registered Nurse, run their chiropractic practice as an means to deliver health coaching to their clients.

This means, that in addition to musculoskeletal care, their clients enjoy the benefit of individually tailored advice regarding exercise options, dietary challenges, stress relief and emotional support.

Peter completed both his Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in 2003 after making a career change from being an Ambulance Paramedic for 15 years.

He continues to attend seminars and conferences to further his understanding of the neurological response of the body to chiropractic adjustments and how these responses assist the process of repair.

In 2013 he attended a series of monthly seminars run by the International College of Applied Kinesiology.

He is a Member of the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association and is qualified to offer Webster Technique; a gentle pregnancy support technique.

Peter offers an additional valuable service for sufferers of chronic unrelenting muscle tension; Dry Needling. He makes use of sterile, single use acupuncture needles to release muscular trigger points as part of the treatment for such conditions as tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis and adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder.
