Unless you are prepared to pay for the quality that you'd really want to own, not just knock offs. Nice to even just window shop. At least once a year they have a huge Sale & prices drop considerably, on these occassions lines can be long just to get inside as it's very popular that weekend.

The best one stop shop for all ur travel, fashion and house wares... Has a small stylish food court and i will definitely recommend it if u especially live in the eastern suburbs

I'm addicted to Peter's of Kensington. There is a huge range of high end home wares at very reasonable prices. I don't know how they do it. However today I needed help from a staff member but they are few and far between. I had to walk out after searching myself for about 20minutes in vain.

Worst customer service over the phone. The ladie on the phone was extremely rude when I was placing my order over the phone. I expect better. I will never ever spend money with this company again. Read your reviews and up your customer service game

Good quality goods for sale with good friendly service at great prices. Unique experience. If you haven't been before then expect to stay a while. You can rest and eat at the cafe there.

Worst online store to deal with when it comes to faulty products. Takes days to get a response and they require EVERYTHING,even small cheap items to be returned first. They send everything to the 'supplier' to be accessed before issuing a refund or credit if you don't get in quick. The process can take a month or more. Makes you feel like your trying to scam them when they make you jump through hoops. More than enough stores online that have same products and prices so I won't be shopping there again.

The only place to shop both online and direct. Beautiful and unusual gifts to consider. This provides me with the ability to personalize a selected gift to suit my family and friends individual tastes. Love the ambience of the store coupled with the efficient, knowledgeable and focused staff.
I thought it was my best kept secret for the past 25 years plus....

Very behind with their returns policies. Bought a faulty item - returns process took 3 weeks for for new item to arrive. They also refused to pay for packaging despite heavy and faulty product. They have at times good sales but at the end of the day it's not worth the hassle if something goes wrong. Won't buy from them again.
APPLIANCES ONLINE has awesome, quick, no questions asked process and cheaper everyday prices.

One of the best home wears stores in Sydney. An bright pink building as well! Some really nice products at very low prices. Also things that you can't get any where else. Their online store is very user friendly and delivery is very fast. You can also do bridal and baby gift registers here which are very straight forward.

Was a loyal customer for many years both in store and online. Feel service has gone downhill. Also the lack of QA for online store is terrible. Always at least one damaged item in every order or packaging looks awful you can never gift the product. Their postage costs so high compared to many stores offering free when you pay over certain amount. Also still no loyalty program after all this time. They actually put their' postage up the more you buy. I won't be supporting them anymore. The customer service ladies on phone are very slack too and everything seems like an effort for them. Oh well, I'm spending my money elsewhere. I'm telling my friends too as I told them about Peters originally. I've already found some other great stores which some have joined too already.

Don't even deserve 1 star! APPALLING online shopping experience. 1 week and I still cannot use $157 of gift cards as the website crashes, online payment doesn't work etc. Made SO many phone calls, spoken to Angela, emails from Swapna and STILL my order hasn't been processed. I would happily go else where but my in-laws stupidly bought us gift cards from Peters of K -> I will be telling everyone NOT to get us anymore as wedding presents. HIDEOUS, TIME WASTING EXPERIENCE!
