The owners were very helpful. The shop's clean, and even if something is out of stock, they go out of their way to get the item to you.

I put an order through last Thursday for Sydney delivery (same city as Pharmacy Online). More than a week later and still no delivery in sight. This is too slow to consider buying from them again.

have a one-year-old baby for whom I'll be purchasing Holle organic formula since she was born pretty much. Pharmacy Online had the best prices so I went with them since the beginning, always buying in bulk (orders of 10 boxes minimum) for the whole progression of my baby's growth. The orders always arrived a few days later to my door. So far so good. Only once I had to make the same purchase through another provider, who had to split the order in two deliveries for low stock reasons. They did so with minimal fuss, notifying me and delivering promptly.
On June 26th 2017 I made another order through Pharmacy Online: 10 Holle Formula 3 this time, as well as some Holle baby cereal. Days past and the order had not arrived. I check my emails every day as I work from home, and nothing had arrived except for the purchase confirmation on the day I paid for the order. I gave them a call on July 7. They said that the order was delayed because the cereal component of the order was unavailable. They apologised for not notifying me, followed by "we always notify, maybe you missed the email" (first mistake, do not insult the customer's intelligence). They offered me the option of cancelling the cereal order, and proceed with the formula component of the purchase. I asked whether they could just ship the cereal later, once they received it. They refused, saying they did not offer split deliveries. I wish to remark this was their mistake from the beginning. Firstly, they showed online a product as AVAILABLE, when it clearly wasn't, then politely blamed me for not seeing a supposedly delivered email, and then refuse to amend the mistake in a satisfactory manner for a repeat customer. I asked for them to please speak to the manager, as I was a customer already, whether they could reconsider sending me the cereal at a later stage, as I did not want to pay for extra shipping for their mistake. After consulting 3 times with the manager, the best they could come up with was "we can cancel your cereal order, and upgrade your shipping of the formula to express".
I was easily 45min on the phone discussing their mistake. In the end, I just told them I was too pissed off about the whole approach, even illustrated to them that their competitors DID split deliveries when it was their mistake, but at no avail... I ended up saying I wished to cancel the whole order, which I did, as honestly I would rather pay an extra dollar to someone else who cares about their customers. They agreed to cancel the order, but mentioned the process of refunding me would take 3 business days. What a joke! I said I'd rather have the money ASAP (same way they received mine), and to alternatively refund me via Paypal. They refused saying it had already been done.
Albeit recognising the fact that the poor lady on the phone had no authority and did the best she could, I was shocked at how they are not trained to THINK and ACT accordingly. It's purely mathematical: I was a customer since the first month of life of my daughter... purchased repeatedly, was willing to continue doing so for my next child... this equals to thousands of dollars worth. As a Marketing Manager and Marketing & Business Masters graduate, I am appalled at how we customers in Australia are constantly hostages of companies due to the high demand and low supply. Taking whatever small crumb of customer service seems to be "a great deal". We should learn more from other nations and BOYCOTT any product/company which is simply not up to scratch, and companies should learn more about customer service and satisfaction.
I was at no stage of my discussion with them rude, nor have I raised my voice. I chose to do what I deem best: refuse to stick with their company under their (poor) terms.
Bravo PharmacyOnline, you lost yourself a customer worth thousands of dollars for refusing to do something as simple as a split delivery which would have costed you less than $10. You can ask yourselves "was it worth it?".

They did not post my product review. It was not a positive review, because the tweezers that cost me over $32 (with shipping) did not function at all. So, I contacted them and they sent me an email the following day saying that the review had been posted - they left a link - That turned out to be an invalid url.. surprised.. not really. I do not recommend Pharmacy Online. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

I ordered two time, internationally. I have no problem. I email to customer care, and i can get a quick respond. All my orders were perfectly arrived within 2 weeks.

Do not truct them, do not use them. I placed a order and been hold off for a month, every week I ask about my order, alwasy got the same replay says ' The stock should be arriving within a week" but after a month, I had to request a full refund. The product I ordered is still listed in their website without saying anything about "out of stock".

Terrible service. I placed an order on the 11th October, no emails informing me the progress of the order until I phoned 2 days later to be told there was product out of stock.
The order was filled and posted on 14th October (allowing for the weekend) I picked the order up on 20th October, it took 5 business days to arrive in a Post Office that was only 3 hours away!!!!.
I had also tried to place an order about a month ago and it too was out of stock, the order was cancelled and money refunded, very annoying. (no indication of availability of stock listed on site).
Only use this site if you don't have any particular time frame to receive your order. I needed it within a time frame and my travels were delayed due to the inability to fill the order and the poor delivery.

Do not purchase anything from this website! My order has not arrived after more than 2 weeks and the hotline keep hanging up on me or tell me their server is down! Complete scam!!! Unbelievable!!

I put 3 orders through your Chinese website on the same day. I emailed the customer care but no reply. I rang your warehouse but they advised they don't track any order for Chinese Customers.
My question: who is looking after overseas customers? If you have no control of any overseas orders, how can they track their orders at all?
How do we know if this is not a scam if no one ever reply email or phone call?
