Truly deceived. I bought Toyota Corolla from Phil Gilbert Toyota Croydon 6 months ago. It looked like in great condition. Later I found sun block mirror cracked and multiple scratches hidden by spray paint and wax. I am ok with the scratches. However I felt bad as they did not mention about the the cracked mirror. I requested them to replace when I identified it was broken. Upon my request in phone with Varun, with whom I dealt the buying procedure, he said it’s too late to replace. Then I personally met the manager named Michael and showed the problem. He assured me he will ask his general Manager and call me. It’s been more than one week I have not received any call.

Alex, wish I could give you 10 stars out of five for your extra ordinary customer service, extremely friendly attitude towards yours buyers not only represent how much you do care of yours business as well as the customers. And, Josh in the finance department thanks for your money saving guidance which saved us a lot from the unscrupulous interest rates. It was a great and amazing customer service experience from you guys of the car buying and therefore, I will not hesitate at all into recommending anyone coming towards you guys again and again who are looking value added cars in the market.
Thanks once again, keep the excellent work up you guys as you are the true assets to the Phil Gilbert.

I bought a 2017 RAV4 back in March. Spoke to Anthony and Ian who were both great operators. As soon as I walked into the showroom, I was asked if I needed assistance which is great. They helped me decide which car I needed and showed me the pro and cons of each choice based on my needs. In terms of the price, the team we're wining to negotiate and we meet in the middle which was a great outcome. I would definitely recommend the sales team at Toyota Croydon.

I enquired about a vehicle, They lied through there teeth to me today.
They magically had the last model in the country, Toyota stopped production, no more to be released ever, Not the colour I wanted....

Vish won't stop calling me wouldn't help me with a deal had a very rude phone manner saying I won't a car at the price funny because I did find and buy one. Vish wouldn't stop calling and instead of the have a good day he just hangs out utterly rude never again with Phil Gilbert

Appalling customer service both sales manager Phil and David rude and unhelpful. Did not show any empathy . Sold a new car to me with a spare part defect. Part is replaced but I paid for a brand new car with no fault. I did no pay for a brand new car with faulty Master brakes cylinder. Don't go there , all they want is your money . Once you buy it any issue you are on your own.
Morris and Jack were honest in servicing section and tried their best.
