Phitraining Description

High Intensity Training (HIT) involves primarily circuit based training with differentiating periods of work and rest.
HIT is an extremely effective way of targeting anaerobic endurance, strength, power, agility and muscular hypertrophy (muscle toning).
We will start with 3x45 minute training sessions a week, keeping them short and sharp!
As we progress and work towards pre-set goals the trainings will adapt and become more specific, involving muscle group isolation.
We will test monthly to track progress with a set program and build on results.
The first block will run for 6 weeks. Then after a break we will resume for the second block of 8 weeks to push through plateau'd results.
The first week will be a FREE so make sure to bring your mates along because everyone knows "mates that train together, stay together. "
$25 /week or $10 a session for those who can't commit to all 3!
