Pho Ngon Restaurant

Food is not bad, but their service is appalling, they are openly rude to customers and know nothing about customer service. This has happened with me or my friends several times. They have very rude wait staff and there’s an Asian waitress there who’s just too much. She served freshly squeezed juice which was off and when asked to replace that she refused to believe that the fruit was off (from which she had made the juice.) Then she threw the money on our face and said here, take your money and you’ll never be served in this restaurant again!! It’s amazing that the restaurant employs and continues to keep such waitresses who are openly rude and unashamed about serving rotting fruit juice and ask customers to never come back because they refuse to drink rotten fruit juice!!!

I dropped into that place on Sunday 22/10/2017 & asked for a long black coffee, so the asian behind the counter puts the cup under the coffee machine & while it's filling the cup she gets the milk from the back & pours it into a little jug & steams it & then pours it into the cup & I then reminded her that I wanted a long black coffee & then she says to me that she doesn't know how to make black coffee when she was doing it right except that she poured the steamed milk in it which she shouldn't have & I walked out of there in disgust. If ever you're in Hornsby & want a long black coffee, AVOID THIS PLACE. I definitely won't be dropping in there again. It's disappointing that I will always remember this place for all the wrong reasons

Even though it was extremely busy and I had to wait 5 minutes for a table, food and service was very poor.
Prawns weren't cleaned properly ( I was chewing on prawn guts) and everything from previous customer was still on the table.

Incredible food, generous servings and very affordable. One of my favourites. The vegetable laksa is rich, full of fresh vegetables and delicious.

Lovely fuss free tasty Vietnamese food. Cheap and cheerful. Very family friendly.

This place is great. The food is nice and it really makes you feel like your being transported to an old school upper class south east Asian residence.

The rare beef noodle soup here is hands down one of best you can find in Sydney. The difference is the depth and complexity of the soup broth. I order it every time I visit the restaurant. The staff are friendly and prices are great!

Awesome food. Highly recommend the salt and pepper pork ribs, rare beef noodle soup and laksa. They also deliver! I think they have improved the ice cream on offer too.
