Phoenix Health & Fitness is a privately owned Exercise Physiology clinic established in 2011. Our aim is to provide evidence-based exercise prescription and chronic disease management. We deliver and provide a wide scope of services including DVA, Medicare, Workcover, NDIS, Type 2 Diabetes group sessions, ERAA and DACS to name a few. Phoenix Health & Fitness has built strong rapport and partnerships with multiple GP surgeries, Aged Care facilities, Specialists, and Insurance companies with a reputation of getting results. . . and having fun doing so.
