At eastgardens i went in and spoke to Alan I think n booked for sunday. He told me 12.45pm Sunday. I checked n he confirmed the appointment verbally I went in today Sunday n they have never heard of me n no colour no cut nothing. What do you have to do to get someone to cut n colour your hair. I even took a card to ensure I knew the place and time. Very disappointing as wedding is soon
