We believe 3 fitness classes per week is an achievable commitment and it won’t place unnecessary stress on your body and joints. This is why we have teamed up to bring you both Functional Fitness and Pilates!
We honestly believe this is the best challenge combination yet!

Not only will all your cardio and strength needs be met but we will also be focusing on specific exercises to strengthen your core and other smaller muscle groups that you most probably didn’t even know existed!
