I had my Invisalign treatment and others related done here with Dr. Cai and Christine. Felt absolute well taken care of and happy with the result every time. The clinic's atmosphere is warm and staffs are very friendly.

Without a doubt one of Sydney’s best dental clinics. I’ve gone to Michael for all dental work and check-ups for almost 7 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The technology, service and staff are just fantastic. Couldn’t recommend highly enough for anyone looking for a quality dentist.

Best dental service in Sydney. After coming from a bad experience at another dental Centre, I was recommended Pitt Street Dental and I have been extremely happy with the work they done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My teeth are doing so much better since going to them. Everyone is very friendly and will put you at ease.

Michael has fixed so many of my dental problems he is by far the best dentist I’ve ever visited.
Michael and the team are always so warm I always felt so relaxed having my procedure done and his skill really is second to none.
I haven’t had major dental problem for a while but will visit again soon for some general suggestions for further improvements.

Val at the reception is also great and caring. Definitely the most recommended place to get your teeth done in Sydney!

Awesome! Dr Andy Kumar removed all four of my wisdom teeth in around 20 minutes with no pain whatsoever. It was done so quickly and efficiently that I didn’t even know he had finished and was so surprised when he told me they’ve already all been removed! Not only was he great in terms of skill, he was also very patient, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Just a great experience overall. Thank you!

I found Pitt St Dental a couple of years back when I first lived in Sydney and absolutely loved the experience. I have never been a fan of dentist's and had always hated going. Everyone at Pitt Street Dental made me feel so calm and comfortable during each visit. One of the many treatment's I received during this time was the Zoom whitening and it was amazing. My teeth were transformed to a pearly white and I loved them. On my return to Sydney this year I knew I wanted to get braces and of course there was no question as to where I would go. From my very first appointment everyone at Pitt Street Dental have been so professional, helpful and accommodating. Everything has always been explained to me in great detail, providing me with each option available. Dr Andy Kumar has been absolutely amazing through this whole process, always going above and beyond with any questions I may have. I am due to get my braces fitted in the next two weeks and could not be more excited. I could not recommend Pitt Street Dental enough to anyone, no matter how big or small your need.

The dentist is good. Angela is caring and friendly. The receptionist is not good. Not friendly (she was a bit impatient with me) and not professional (wrongly input my data without trying to reconfirming with me). I feel like I owe her something. Overall, I have very good feeling with the professionalism of the dentists. Seriously, the receptionist service needs to be improved.

I typically hate the dentist, they hurt and really couldn't care less. Pitt Street Dental is so much different, such a welcoming feel when you walk into the waiting area, lovely receptionists and Angela is amazing. Clean is so thorough, and she's taken the time to get to know me. Such a great experience. Definitely worth the trip, I would highly recommend to anyone!

Can you be a huge fan of the dentist? Because I am a huge fan of this place. They're excellent in an emergency, as well as teeth whitening, removal, cleaning... Trust me, I've done it all. Valerie is a pleasure, and manages to keep her cool (and the place running smoothly) in what is no doubt a demanding job. My dentist, Michael, is an absolute pro - I cannot recommend him highly enough. Friendly, efficient, makes the best crowns (he said it first, but I've got two to prove it). I hesitate to tell too many people how great Pitt St Dental is, for fear of never getting an appointment, but here I am doing just that.

I have never liked going to dentist and thought I'd never would. But the team that Michael has put together is awesome. They are attentive, they listen and are professional. Today I got the best present ever..my front teeth back, and they look amazing. I was in awe when I first saw then, never though they would look that GREAT!!!. I can't thank the team at Pitt Street dental enough. Perfection personified and they take pride in what they do and how they make you feel. You have to go and see them. I know I'll be back and will be letting my friends know how awesome they are.

Dr Cai and his team always runs on time, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes!
He makes sure everything is done carefully and efficiently so It is comfortable and painless.

Fantastic experience. Everyone I dealt with was top notch. Especially the dentist I saw, Dr. Walsh. I was visiting Sydney from the United States when a dental crown came off. They fitted me into their schedule within two hours of my contacting them.
If I lived anywhere in the area, Dr Walsh would now be my family dentist!

I've been a client at Pitt St Dental for the last three years - I've just had my wisdom teeth taken out through them. I really can't rate this practice highly enough. All the staff are professional, friendly and really know how to put your mind at ease. Dr Michael Cai has to be the best dentist I've ever had - I've been thrilled at how quickly and easily I've recovered from having all four of my wisdom teeth out at once. Exceptional service.
