How does a doctor prescribe medicine without even looking at the patient's injury. Well twice now i have had been looked at by the same doctor told him i think i have gout and just gives me a prescriptions not even looking at my ankle. He then gives me medicine which has serious side effect of headaches and my file states i suffer from migraines. I then go back two days later and agin my regular doctors where not working and had the unfortunate liberty of seeing same doctor again who i told him what he gave me two days prior and they arnt working and making me feel sick the swelling has increased and again just prescribes me more medicine with out even looking at my injury.

Sometimes can wait a while like every medical centre, but the doctors there are good and have treated every problem I've had without issues.

Very very very very slow service.
Only go there if u have 2 or 3 spare hours.
Even though they have many doctors work but still after every patient many doctors lock the door and wait for half hour inside the room and call for another patient.
Thats ridiculous.

love coming in tuesday mornings to see my doctor and get greeted by 2 beautiful receptionist .. i think one is Polynesian and the other one is indian ..

Incompetent doctor, Incredibly rude staff and long waiting period. Worst experience of my life. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

After getting Shingles the doctors send me to see gp but my gp was on holidays and i went to Dr Asad , he didn't check the blood pressure and he didn't check the blisters how they were.I told him that my body temperature is up and down and having constipation. He just wrote the constipation tablets.

Went there sunday morning and was immediately sent to the examination room. Was out again after 30 minutes.

Very attentive doctors and helpful nursing staff and pathology. If got long waiting times it just shows that people are still coming back like myself

I am absolutely disgusted at the service we have received. We came in yesterday to see any doctor for a check up by a nurse in the treatment room. Before coming in, we called that morning to make sure there will be a nurse working in the evening. However, when we arrived the receptionist informed us that there is no nurse but we still decided to see the doctor so we can at least get a nurse referral... the doctor then gave us our nurse referral which was simply an ecg, blood sugar test and spirometry test which she couldve easily done... and said that this referral would only be valid for 24hours. So we said that we will come back the next day, hoping the nurse actually showed up then. Next day... we come in and go straight to the treatment room with our referral but the nurse tells us that she cannot perform the procedures as our doctor isnt working on thursdays and we will need to line up again and see a new doctor to get a new referral. So now it has been 30 minutes and we are still waiting to see a doctor before we could get into the treatment room......good way to treat your patients

I have always found the Drs good...yes you have to wait if you go at a peak time but it is a bulk billing practice so the wait should be expected. Because I have had some complex medical needs I have gone to this practice many times. As a self funded retiree I would not be able to afford to go the Dr if I had to pay $35 to $60 on top of Medicare like many practices charge. The Drs are also thorough and take the time to listen and do appropriate, routine checks like take BP. I think it is a great practice ....lots of people go there ....because it is no good as has suggested... I think NOT!!

I have been going there for over 30 years, my daughter went there throughout her childhood. Never had any problems, always excellent service, the receptionists are great and the Doctors are fantastic. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but you need to expect this. It is bulk billed, the treatment done in the treatment room is free.
