Reviews
Lovely vet hospital however there is one woman here called louise that seems to have no social ettiequte, empathy or consideration whatsoever. She was outwardly rude to me seemly just for the sake of being rude. How unfortunate that a person behind the desk, literally the first thing you see when you walk in seemed to actually enjoy rude, sarcastic and honestly unnecessary comments. I've been going to this vet for 7 years, after hearing situations from friends and family, her notorious reputation will see i never bring my animals there again. During times of stress and sadness someone so outwardly horrible shouldn't enjoy kicking someone when they are down.
This is my local vet anyone who can handle my drama queen of a dogand still smile about it deserves 5 stars the vets and staff are always very approachable and nothing is ever to much trouble
Excellent staff. Very knowledgable, friendly and caring. We've had our pet coming here for years and highly recommend Dr Bryn and his staff.
These guys were awesome. Our 14 year old cat needed some TLC and the staff were fantastic in looking after him.Great service and friendly staff.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUNNY HERE.
We took our beautiful bunny here because he had been off his food for a day but had eaten that morning. After an e x ray I was told he had a gut statis and would need to be kept in overnight. I looked at the ex ray and the Vet Jen told me it was not a bad case and in her expectation he had a 90% chance of surviving the treatment.
We were called the next morning to be told that the medication had not worked and he was dead. After speaking to Jo she said she would put him in a box for us ready to collect as we couldn't face seeing him dead. THIS WAS NOT DONE EITHER. To add insult to injury we were charged $250 for the medication that probably caused his death. Disgusted and VERY UNHAPPY. He was NOT very ill. They killed him.
Very goog care for your pets
Great veterinary services, super freindly staff
Highly recommended & trustworthy. Been with them for over 10 years.
After many happy years, our beautiful family member, Ella, a Siberian Husky had to be put to rest. Since we moved to the Northern beaches three years ago, we took Ella to the Pittwater Animal Hospital if she was unwell, or for her regular vaccinations. They were always so kind and caring and we knew that they always did whatever was best for Ella.
We would just like to thank everyone at the practice for your wonderful care and for helping to make sure that Ella was put to rest without pain or fear. We miss her dearly but know that she is now free from pain. You helped to make a terrible day more bearable and we will always remember that. Thank-you, to you all. xxxx The Allen family.
