I have had some rolls of 35mm film developed here. Firstly I am very happy that there are still places like this in Sydney that develop film as I love shooting with film. The staff were very friendly and I was happy with the quality of the developed prints. Will definitely be coming back with more rolls of film in the future :)

I traveled down from Newcastle after speaking to these guys about getting a sensor clean. I needed it completed on the day as I was traveling interstate the next day and I was told it could be easily done. Once I arrived at the shop, I was told it couldn't be done in one day (even though the website says it could be done and only stubborn marks may take a day or so). I was accused of lying as apparently no staff member would have said it could be cleaned on the day.
Why would I travel all the way from Newcastle after speaking to this shop if they couldn't accommodate my request?
The owner was aggressive with me on the phone when I later called to complain.
He also said my sensor was covered in scratches. Which I have now confirmed with another shop is not the case. Then he said the sensor had something like vaseline on it. How ridiculous? He accused me of trying to clean my sensor myself because it was dirty. It was dirty because I use my camera everywhere and constantly because of my work. Therefore it was required to be cleaned. He couldn't understand that I wanted a dirty sensor cleaned. Why get a clean sensor cleaned? The guy is an idiot.

EDIT - The owner's response is full of lies. I never said I cleaned the sensor myself. There was no foul language even when he told me I was a liar. I also didn't call the day before, I called well in advance to ensure the service could be done. The owner doesn't even realise what his website says about sensor cleaning. Anyway, sounds to me like the owner has no idea about how to clean a sensor since he has now stated all of the ways I must have cleaned it before. Also, sensors do get dirty from use, otherwise why would anyone ever have to have them cleaned. Incompetence at it's best. Why doesn't he admit to his mistake instead of trying to blame me for the staff's errors?

Baby passport photos this is the only place to go!!!! They were fabulous they knew all the specifications for multiple passports ( Australia, UK, Ireland and SA ) plus where very patient took us a long time to get the correct pose! Excellent service. Don't bother with the post office or pharmacies, these guys are the professionals! THANK YOU
