To make a custom order please send Pixie Lane Crochet Creations a personal message and describe what you would like and even supply pictures if possible.
Sometimes items may take up to 2 weeks to complete depending on how many orders are already in progress and how intricate the item is. Blankets may take longer.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CROCHETED ITEMS
Most of my items can be machine washed.
It is best for the life of your product if you wash it in a wash bag or pillow slip on delicate cycle to prevent pilling and fluffing of the yarn.
Some items need to be hand washed in warm soapy water such as teething necklaces and more delicate knits.
REFUNDS
Pixie Lane Crochet Creations only offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving you item.
A refund will only be issued if your item is faulty or the stitching has come apart.
A refund will not be issued if you have not cared for your item with the proper washing instructions.
Pixie Lane Crochet do not offer a refund and exchange of wear and tear on your items.
An exchange will be offered if item is a different size to specified in the first 7 days of receiving your item, or if the item is not as specified in the finished product email.
If there is a problem with your item please message Pixie Lane as soon as possible so we can work on a solution to make everybody happy.
