NEVER HAD TROUBLES WITH PIZZA CAPERS BEFORE, GREAT PIZZAS REALLY TASTY. BUT THIS TIME MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED FOR MY WORK COLLEGUES AND I. PRETTY DISSAPOINTED. REFUND PLEASE.

Food never arrived, tried to call the restaurant but no response. No refund either

Amazing taste! There were so many nice flavours in it. I had a pizza Magerita, but it was really worth the money.

Good service and pizza can be customised and you can get good lunch deals.

Have ordered from here twice. The first time was great but tonight was below average. Dont think i will go back.

Very friendly atmosphere ,helpful staff ,great range of pizza options from traditional to more gourmet . Gluten free and vegetarian catered for. Second time we have visited and will definately be returning.

Didn't honour Entertainment Book offer. Great way to destroy your reputation if you had any to begin with. Don't waste your time and go elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza at 8.15 tonight. Told it would be delivered in an hour. At 9.40 the pizza still wasn't delivered so tried calling the shop, no answer. Kept trying to call the shop until a minute ago 9.58 still have not received pizza and no one has answered my number of attempts at calling. It is now 10.01 and there shop is closed. At no stage have they tried contacting me re my pizza.
The pizza was paid for on credit card so this isn't finished with yet. It better not show up on the credit card.
One star is overrating my experience by at least five stars. You should be able to write a review without using star ratings. The reviews speak for themselves.
This is one pizza chain I will not be trying again.

Fast food pizza. Interesting take on a pizza burrito that actually works if not for a bit small compared to the menu picture. Cheesy calzones are recommended.

Not bad pizza. Not great but not bad. Very disappointed having paid $7 odd for delivery to only have to drive to meet the delivery person because they called and said they couldnt get to my place because there has been an accident and the road has been blocked off because someone has died. When i get to them I find out there is no accident and the people on the side of the road with their orange lights flashing turn out to be just road workers.

When i don't feel like cooking or going out, it's wonderful to be able to order a vegan pizza that's absolutely delicious.

Please please please open a franchise in Liverpool. Capers is my first choice of take away when in town. A shame its so far away from where I live. Best pizzas hands down.

Worked here for over a year. New owners come across lovely in customer service but treated certain staff (myself) badly. Eventually I quit because the owners did not like me and only got 3 hours a week despite being experienced and a good worker. Would not recommend getting a job here.

Got delivery through menulog. Food was delicious and arrived hot and in time specified. Will definitely add to my favourites

Supposed to be 30 mins for a New Mexico and Pizza Bread. We waited 1hr 15mins until they showed up with only the pizza bread. The driver claimed they knew nothing about it but said they would go back to the store and get our other pizza. We then got a phone call from them where they told us that we were liars or something and that they weren't going to give us our pizza at all. After going down there we were then told that they were giving us a pizza but we didn't want to have to wait forever for that and just wanted a refund which they then wouldn't give because we already ate the pizza bread. Did eventually get the refund though. Horrible service, some horrible people. Unfortunately cannot rate zero stars. Also they don't pay their employees for half a year.

The young worker whom served me was disgusting, upon paying a $50 note for $16 worth of pizza he refused to give me change and told me to buzz off. The pizzas were not impressive either. Multiple missing ingredients for basic pizzas. Do Not Go To This Store.

Love the food. Haven't anything to complain about. They do get busy.

Looked good, was even quicker than quoted in the email. Then when i got it home the base wasn't fully cooked ,so into the oven to make it edible not doughy and chewy.

My partner and I ordered the new vegan sweet potato pizza and a vegan calzone last night. The man behind the counter was very friendly and informative in response to my partner's questions, and the food was fast and SO DELICIOUS. We will be going there again, most definitely!

Not very good service and not great quality food

Order was an hour and 10 minutes late (and cold) and wrong and burnt 😑
Reason was they were busy.. on a wednesday..

I have had pizza from here twice in the past month with problems both times. Initially I ordered a reef & beef and it arrived with no prawns.. (no reef right). I figured I would give them another chance, this time reef & beef had prawns but no hollandaise sauce. This is a quality control issue, how are different mistakes being made so often. My online order quoted approximately 15minutes when I arrived in store I was told it was in the oven and I only had to wait a few minutes. My pizza was ready but due to lack of communication with the kitchen the cashier did not know, after a 25minute wait the cashier started asking questions only to find my order had been ready all along.

Orders were made on the 5th of April and 4th of March.
