Undercooked. I ordered delivery, the website said it would be delivered in 30min, but the pizza was at my door in 15!! No wonder the pizza base was raw and fell apart 😂 Do NOT use this pizza-hut. You WILL be disappointed.

The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I was having a bad day, decided to get some pizza and it was ready in few mins. The new pizza taste very good and the toppings were generous. The store is very clean too.

Ordered Pizza Hut online CHicken and Feta but only received a pizza that looked like a prawn and jalapeno pizza. I'm allergic to prawns.!!Not happy.

When time they forgot my garlic bread but, the next delivery I got an extra lava cake, which I think makes up for it. Always on time and good quality.

Typically a good experience here however the occasional mistake does skip through. Have always been happy to rectify the problems though.

My husband and I have not ordered from Pizza Hut in about 4 years and especially not since we moved to Newcastle, so we decided to give it another try. The pizza tasted good until I bit into a slice and found a disgusting BLACK HAIR about 10-12 cm long under the cheese of a slice of thin crust pizza that I was biting into. I was so disgusted that we had to throw out the rest of the pizza. Furthermore, when placing this order the website was difficult as it would not accept our coupon code, so I had to call the store. I was hung up on and had to call back again, then I was put on hold for about 4-5 minutes before speaking to someone. After this entire ordeal needless to say my husband and I will never order pizza from you again and will return to ordering Dominos. I just have three words to say for your store.... HAIR NETS and PROFESSIONALISM. Up your game Pizza Hut while you still have any customers left. :-(

I miss the old pizza hut pizza and I miss the all you can eat pizza hut. I reckon pizza hut has one of the best pan pizza base compared to the other pizza chains

Very slow service and pizza quality is good but sometimes they don’t give you fresh pizza. There lava cakes have no icing sugar !!!

Had a vegie supreme pizza today and it was awesome. The pizza base was so soft and tge amount of toppings was apt as well. Overall best pizza ever.

Worst service ever. They always get the order wrong and when you call for delivery they say 30min and 1 hour 10min later they show up

Vegetarians, be careful at this store. They cannot follow the instructions. I ordered two pizzas and requested to use a clean knife. Only because I was there, I noticed, he didn't use a clean knife. Then he tried to reason by saying that they use that to cut vegetarian and sea food pizzas. They agreed to make another pizza. So all sorted, but after reaching home, I found a piece of meat on the hot and spicy vegetarian pizza. If they cannot take care, I think they should not claim that they serve a vegetarian menu and we can stay like we do from many other stores. To add to that to respond to my complaint, the store didn't even call back at the customer service teams' two requests.

Fantastic pizza but not quiet as good as Dominos

Comparing the pizza in Chester hill and Guildford I find that the pizza in Chester hill is much better but I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. It is such a pity that the store is temporaly closed and I hope it would open very soon so I can buy the pizza again.

I'd prefer to have a pepperoni pizza without hair next time, thanks.

Being from California USA, I ordered
A large pepperoni pizza. Was about 40 minutes late coming, but was the size of a medium, or smaller? but I have to say the toppings where ample. Would not order again, too small.

We ordered three pizzas. And All of them were skimpy on topping. Most toppings that was meant to be there was omitted all together. Disgraceful. The pizza tasted terrible as expected. Dry crust with a pool of oil on top! GROSS!!!
Thd driver swang into our driveway with half of the car on the street and half on the footpath. Blocking the driveway entirely and did not blink an eye for being a nuisance.
We provided feedback on the terrible experiences online through pizzahut feedback form. And next you know I have someone from Pizzahut calling me during work and when I indicated I was busy at the time, he just simply hung up on me without any sort of manner one human being should show another.
I think stores like this is why pizzahut's business is going down. Only recommended if there are no other food to eat on the planet.

They don't deserve any star because 3 times I try their pizza taste worse and not even any toppings on top of the pizza, taking us 30 minutes and more to get our pizza when we arrived to take the pizza

Need lights on! Couldn't even find this place as both Pizza Hut sign & open sign were both off! The staff said it only comes on at 6.30pm. No good when it's dark at 5.30pm!

Called 5 time and on each call it answered and hung up straight away, so I decided to walk in and tell them personally that I had called many times and I wasn't having it, ordered what I needed to order and wait and as i was waiting I notice that there's only 2 workers and they both are on the phone.. 1 guy with a Bluetooth earpiece and the other with earphones in who is the one the served us. This explains why the phone wasn't answering and I was aware that this Pizza Hut closed down a while ago to get new crew . I guess you should consider doing that again
As I'm writing this another worker has arrived from delivering and is on the phone also.. not very professional guys.

Had a bad experience one day on public holiday.
They charge me more money for public holiday reason, they gave me the wrong bread toppings which I did not ask for thin crust.
Never go there again unless they fired those two boys.

I dont mind Pizza Hut Fairfield Heights, going into the store is better then ordering over the phone sometimes its hard for the operator to understand you, overall their Pizza's are great & yummy 😁

Always fresh and yummy! I don't understand the negative reviews. If your pizza is late it's probably because they are super busy...they are only human. Our pizza is always early actually.

This was the third and last time, never again. We order two pizzas one was a meat lovers and the other a pepperoni. The barbecue meat lovers had only a little bit of mince beef and a couple of small strands of ham with minimal barbecue sauce, It would be more fitting to call it a cheese pizza. This is pretty much what happen the first two occasions.

Worst store, never pick the call even on weekdays always get transferred to the call centre. Never on time for delivery.

Standard service from this pizza hut. Their $5 medium pizza specials aren't too bad. Access isn't too bad for this small store as there is a huge car park.

Besides the fact that the pizza is obviously great the service in this particular store is amazing. The girls working there were really friendly towards me and my family and even though it is more a take-away they did everything possible to make it comfortable for us eating our pizza there. Really great staff. 10/10 would come again

Just had a wonderful experience here tonight. I mistakenly left my handbag there and they kept it secured. When I frantically called them through their delivery number they said "it's all good ma'am, we saved it securely. We couldn't call you because we didn't want to open a lady's bag, so we thought to wait for sometimes. You can come tonight or tomorrow morning as convenient. Don't worry it's all good."

And when I drove back to the store to collect it, they all came at front with a smile and waved at me courteously. I am really overwhelmed at the well manners these guys showed tonight. God bless them and benefit them for their good deed 🙌

For the food review, the spicy chicken pizza was great, it came with spicy chicken, ginger, garlic, onion and Hawaiian (pineapple) flavor on top. The chicken wings were okay, we shouldn't have asked for BBQ sauce on them though. They taste better without the sause!

The worst ever Pizza Hut store!! Bought chicken wings!! They served us cold frozen wings!! When we called to complain they tell us it’s not possible. When I go to the store they still don’t want to apologies and say it’s not frozen but just cold!! Pathetic customer service and young girls running the store just working for the sake of it. Pizza hurt get some good owners for your stores!!!

Forget about it. The pizza deliveries are always late and they can never get the ingredients right. Ordered a pizza that didn't even have a pineapple option on it and the pizza came with pineapple. You try ringing them and they put you on hold for ages and then disconnect you.

Ordered a large Garlic Prawn Pizza, got a medium Cheese and 4 Prawn Pizza.

I am going since December, It''s excellent pizza quality, great toppings, fabulous staff specially nice girl usually on reception. 6 times better then Dominos pizza.

Pizza may lack littlebit of taste. But the crust and topping was perfect.

I've always had excellent service and great pizzas and staff very friendly. It's sad that some people have one issue with a business and give them the lowest rating possibly instead of reviewing the whole experience.

Honestly, I have been to pizza huts in numerous other locations and this one is by far the worst I have ever been to. To start, i entered and asked for a Vegetarian Trio Pizza and the manager whose name i caught a glimpse at (Miraj) gave the absolutely worst service. He arrogantly served me with anger and on top of this he referred to me as "You!" and then asked me "what do you want?" and i was absolutely angry. I ignored the rude behavior and ordered what i had asked for. From there he tried to overcharge me even though the prices were written behind him. He then did not apologize and said "i thought you were talking about something else" in return i was so furious i walked out. I have never gotten such bad service before. I definitely recommend anyone to go ANYWHERE ELSE. I could have gotten better service anywhere else. I expected better than this. Very disappointed with my afternoon when this occurred.

I called someone who identified himself as 'Ryan' and politely asked him for some pizza, but he blatantly accused my on a prank call. I later called back the same Pizza Hut, just to be told there is no 'Ryan' who worked there but somebody with the exact same voice, who identified himself as 'John'. Then a few weeks later I called Pizza Hut, and pretended to need to know the callers name to receive my order, and the same guy said he was 'Asim'. Bruh.

Don't waste your time. Ordered online, told to pick up in 15 mins. Arrived in 20 mins and told has to wait 15 mins to make pizzas. Then gave me 1 medium pepperoni and 2 medium meat lovers when I ordered 1 large pepporoni and 1 large meat lovers. They were Indian and couldn't even speak English to take my order. I had to repeat it more than 5 times until they finally found my online order. The pepperoni was hard and overcooked. Never again. Next time I will go to My local Dominos or the Chinese take away or subway next door to the Pizza Hut.

Paid $40 to have two raw pizzas delivered, couldn't find a direct number to the Campbelltown store to rectify the issue and the number supplied in google directs you to an automated booking system... Even my 12 year old pizza loving brother wouldn't touch it.

Ordered through eat now at 2.15 was 3.10 when i asked them to cancel and then was told he just left. And told to dispute it through eat now. Guy still showed up at the door. Took an hour for a pizza and 3 cups of chocolate mousse and churros.
