Pizza Hut Bateau Bay

I’ve always been more of an eagle boy but since moving locally to this store I have been converted! Topping ratio is always perfect, quick deliveries and staff impressively well-mannered considering the area :) I was quick to recommend this store to the mums at my daughters school when they were organising a pizza party for one of their kids, keep up the good work Pizza Hut Bateau Bay!

Customer service is excellent here! I visited last week to grab some pizza for dinner, upon arriving i was greeted by a lovely blonde young lady where she assisted me with what pizza to get ultimately talking me into an Americano pizza. I was told to take a seat and it wouldn't be long which turned out to be right. Service was speedy, pizza was superb, served with lots of pepperoni, mushrooms and mozzarella! would definitely be visiting again and would encourage everyone too as well!

Lovely pizza every time! Last time I ordered a lovely young girl delivered my pizza, I asked for her name because I wanted to tell her manager that she was a good worker, Katie was so kind and made me laugh. 10/10 for customer service, well worth the delivery charge just for a chat with her.

The pizza I ordered looked like it came out of a dumpster, the box was crushed and the pizza looked like a ball of mush with the cheese stuck to the cover of the box. Upon complaining the man from the 1300 number was extremely nice though the store just had a whatever attitude as if this happens regularly to them and even though I was offered a replacement pizza it was ALL I was offered, no refund or anything AND I'm still currently waiting on the replacement which is taking double the time to get here as my first order. This is unacceptable, there needs to be good consistency with every customer, it always feels like I'm taking a punt when ordering and hoping to god I get a good pizza, I love Pizza Hut but this is a real put off..!

Try to get a job never ring me back but I try not happy with pizza Hut so I give a 0 for bad severe never ring back just rude

Pizzas actually look like pizzas. With ample toppings, not doughey and actually have cheese. Delivery was in time. Actually one of the best places I've ever bought pizza hut from. If I have to choose dominos or pizza hut, after the last two orders ive gotten from here, I'll pick pizza hut from here every time.
