Pizza Hut Gordon

Staff seems to have a mundane serving attitude and typical pizza bases of PH. In general are dry and crunchy before you can finish your meal.

I ordered my pizza at 12:30pm and it was scheduled for 1pm. It still has not come despite me calling at 1:30pm to ask where it is. He said it was 30 minutes away. It still has not come, I am not impressed, will not order from Pizza Hut again especially if it is going to take 2 hours to order.

Additional: Called them, they told me an extra 5 minutes after more than 2 hours. Told them my frustration, and they just hung up on me! Goodbye Pizza Hut. You were good, now you've gotten bad.

alright, I guess. would not have this on a daily or weekly basis maybe once a month

They keep burning my pizza and they forget the drinks

Service was great, loved the cheese , garlic bread not that good, but overall great

Great to ring ahead and keep going although they need to improve phone manner

Took over an hour to be delivered, couldn't reach store

their answer phone for out of hours wouldn't even let me leave a message for when the store opens.

Not a good ordering experience - they wouldn't offer a medium pizza as a half-and-half even though it was clearly stated on their menu poster - I even pointed it out to them. Wanted to get a simple pizza for 2, ended up costing us $21! The pizza was edible, but not great - plenty of toppings, which was good, but it just didn't have the bang that Dominos has. The restaurant itself was small, only had 2 seats which were taken by customers, so had to go elsewhere to eat the pizza. Overall it was unpleasant and not worth the time and cost of the visit.

they have the worst customer service on the phone
