Pizza Hut Lake Haven

I took my 8 year old daughter here tonight with a few friends for her birthday. It was spotlessly clean, the staff could not have been more welcoming. The food was extremely fresh and constantly topped up and the hygiene level was second to none. We all had a wonderful, fun evening and left very full up. The girls got excited about the deserts and made a little mess but the staff were very patient, kind and extremely friendly to all the girls. The whole evening was delightful and fun was had by all. I would say the food was extremely reasonably priced and of an excellent standard. I would highly recommend any family to enjoy an evening here. 10/10

Went here for dinner a couple of times and the food was horrible. The pizzas tasted terrible and the salad wasn’t much better. Not impressed with this place, has gone downhill over the years.

Either I'm eating at at a restaurant or I'm eating at someone's home, literally spills and food scraps tables and chairs, it reminds me of my dam bedroom, absolute filthy, oh the foods great as well, gotta love mixed food..not!!

Next time I'm going to Subway and Dominos for now on

I guess it not worth the money for the food. Not many choices two type of pizza laid out and barely replaced unless it's a slice left. I won't recommend it.

Take away pizza's are fine. Don't eat in.

Cups and plates were dirty, tables were sticky, salad in the salad bar was rotten. I also noticed people using their fingers to grab pizza. $80 for a family of 5

Arrived at 8pm sunday.
All the pizzas looked like flat extremely dry lizards.
You would think if they are happy for you to eat in at 8pm they would produce fresh pizzas or even have the ordasity to ask if we would like a specific pizza.
No new pizzas the whole time we were there.
Me personally i would sack the manager and provide fresh moist pizzas cause when you see kids eat only pasta with no sause and a piece of garlic bread and myself struggle with lizards its completely insulting.

Not very pleasant. Went on a Sunday night after the movies at 8.30 pm only had 1/2 hour to eat. Place was very dirty and certainly needs a revamp. Someone had spilt drinks on the cushions and staff wiped it up but was all sticky and wet. Red cushions need replacing all saggy baggy. Food on the floors. Food was left on the table next to us but wasnt removed in the 1/2 hour we were there. Not sure I would go back with my grandchildren.

No variety what so ever. Went to eat in and due to the fact that my family chooses not to eat pig product we asked if a few extra chicken and vegetarian pizzas could be made. This did not happen. Went home hungry.
