Pizza Hut (Permanently Closed)

nice Pizza, (specially when you get promo codes working). better than Domino's. usually go for pickup as promo codes work for pickup only. they got decent place for seating too. i feel staff is less, usually have seen same two faces. that doesnot bother me anyways but can be a problem for big orders. no pizza pics included

I order a pizza, you deliver in a timely fashion, you get paid.

I order pizza
I get an email it's leaving the store
I wait half an hour before calling to find out where it is. I'm told "the delivery driver broke down, very sorry, we will call you in 5 minutes." Twenty minutes later I've still not received a call.
I put the kids in the pram and locked up the house to go for a walk to town for lunch.
As I'm leaving the "store manager" arrives to give me a pizza
I can't pay for it as I've already made other plans.
Now the "store manager" tell me he doesn't want a customer like me?!?!

Worst customer service i have ever encounted. Recieved the wrong order, Indian manager i spoke to said he would ring me the next day to apply a discount on next order but i never heard from them. Dominos only from now on. Get you act together Pizza Hut

Good VFM when you order with 50% off pickup. Prefer them better to Dominoes atm. Definitely worth a shot if you're looking for a change.

Ordered pizza online, pizzas were on wrong crust and didn't receive extra cheese I paid for, the cookie shots I ordered were also burned. Called up and spoke to supervisor who was arrogant and condescending, told that he knows he made it right and that I don't know what I am talking about, call back tomorrow if I really want to speak to manager.
We ate one of the pizzas, my wife and I both subsequently got gastro from it. Called manager the next day and was treated to five minutes of verbal abuse, rudenessand accusations that I was just being difficult to get free stuff.
Very disappointing, AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT AT ALL COSTS, unless you want bad pizza and terrible customer service.

Good.. but that clean.Also air conditioning sometimes doesn't work!!
