Pizza Hut Umina

I had incredible service after ordering pizzas from this fine fine establishment. In particular my pizza journey was made phenomenally more outstanding because of the strapping young blonde lad that delivered my delicious din dins. I've heard he is the less attractive, dumber twin but I wouldn't believe that at all. Overall, almost as good as dominos Mingara xx

Passes the "Tradie Test" for lunch or dinner.
Great pizza's and very nice owners that understand tradies are always in a rush to get to the next job.

The crust is way better than domino's. ;)

Waited over an hour for a home delivery, pizza's cold and had to be mostly thrown out. Store wasn't overly concerned when phoned to let them know. Delivery driver's don't like giving change, I mean seriously, I'd rather get a frozen pizza from Coles with my experiences with this outlet. Avoid.

Our first order from this fairly new Pizza Hut branch was a pizza that arrived on time but was so underdone and soggy that we had to put it in our own oven to cook further.
Not very nice at all!
Made a comment/complaint on their Facebook site and got a friendly reply from Pizza Hut customer service people who were very nice and helpful, BUT it would appear that so called customer service does not in fact have much say over the individual branches as six (yes 6) messages later the matter was still not resolved satisfactorily. I have NEVER known a commercial business so reluctant to make good on customer complaints. Not good at all!

Got my delivery was missing part of it so he had to go back to get the rest and then the rest of the order was wrong.Rang and spoke to the manager LACHLAN and he says he will take delivery fee off but the whole order was wrong and had already waited 35 minutes and then he says he will put it in and be another 25 minutes.Family waiting to eat and getting angry ended up cancelling the order and going elsewhere.Being a business owner myself I have to say the customer relations to customers when they are wrong is very poor and there is no way I would have it in my business.The manager LACHLAN has no idea

Thank god there opened unlike dominos doing great food cheesy garlic bread not burnt cooked to perfection. Very friendly keep up the great work it's not the amount of places to eat around here it's the quality all the fast food around here isn't near this. I got pepperoni pizza and cheesy garlic bread tonight Fresh is best guys.

Used them before they were Pizza Hut and now after the change of ownership as well. Pizzas have always been of great quality and the delivery is prompt.
