Pizza Hut Windsor

Terrible customer service. They were completely inflexible and rude, to the point that we purchased cans of drink for the children but were told they had to go outside to drink them because the cans weren't from the post mix. Sadly the language barrier is no excuse for terrible service and we wont return after the way we were treated!

This is the best pizza hut to go to. They always get the ingredients of the 'create your own' pizza correct and the pizzas are cooked to perfection. I have fussy eaters in my family and we've never had a problem here. The staff are lovely. My husband once had to wait over 10 mins for his pickup order, but the staff offered him a drink and a slice of pizza while he waited, very good service.

Almost perfectly preserved. This Dine-in Pizza Hut has all of the pizza, pasta and icecream you remember from your youth. The staff are exceedingly helpful and the food is readily available. Highly recommended for families.

As the only remaining dine in Pizza Hut in Sydney, I will give it credit. The buffet lunch has boosted in price by $3 in recent times (at lunchtime), but saying that they've lost pride in their pizzas compared to how they used to be around 2 years ago. The pizza was constantly burnt and almost flavourless, but the pasta and dessert bar is still the same which is what keeps bringing me back. More variety at dinner time, but as a pizza lover I keep coming back but there's better value and more variety at other buffets (e.g. star buffet or your local RSL club). I'd love to see Pizza Hut improve though.

I actually could not believe the hospitality of the staff.
We came for the dine in experience.

The manager offered fresh pizza upon walking in and sitting down. Anything on the menu.

Everything was replaced with freshly cooked food.

The staff bought the pizza and even fresh garlic bread to the table. It was very unexpected to have table service in a pizza hut.

Was a great experience. I'm very happy that my memories of these places wasn't ruined.

Ultimately $21.50 for all you can eat and drink is worth every dollar

Stupid staff.. if there was an option for "half a star" or "0.5 out of 5" theyd cop it. Rude.. very rude. Collected my order, they watched me go towards the door, didnt bother to open it for me because my hands full, ended up opening the door while dropping aneverything and immediately said "Thats alll your fault" and yes it sort of is, but its also theirs for being douchebags and not giving a hand.

Dont bother doing pick up from there if you're by yourself theyll bully you..

Very clean and inviting restaurant, friendly staff and they brought us out nice fresh pizzas as we were the only one's there.

Not bad at all. Pizza hut resteraunts were closed down in the 1990's due to unsanitary conditions. This one at Windsor is clean.

1 star for answering the phone and telling me they won't deliver to my address even though they have delivered here when I order online. Absolutely disgusted by the lady who answered and how rude her and her colleague was. I wish the place was run by real Pizza Hut staff and not foolish clowns!
