Pizzas In The Mist Description

The original Southern Highlands Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant and still the best.
Owners Chef Thomas Borbely and Belinda Borbely are in their 16th year of owning and operating Pizzas in the Mist. In 1999 they took over a much loved small take away business in need of repairs and broadened the menu by creating famous dishes such as the Peking Duck Pizza. They were also determined to build a Restaurant that the locals would be proud of. In 2001 Thomas and Belinda purchased the entire property and made room for a Restaurant. They transformed their family business into one of the best and most popular eating establishments in the Highlands.

Rocked up for a family Mothers Day lunch. After the restaurant making a mistake by booking the table for 2, rather than 10, they rudely responded with "we don't make mistakes like that" and told us to go to the pub. Odd is a gentle term to describe the experience.

We travelled a long way with all our mothers to get no solution or apology. Will be passing on this in the future.

Served someone elses pizza to me. Then was told i was harassing when i complained.
Wont be going back.
Pizza i was given wasnt that good anyway.

Food was quite nice, staff were warning though! They now charge $2 for eftpos use...and don't tell you about a surcharge until I asked why the difference in price...

A fantastic escape with great food in an unexpected location
