Expensive, and ended up having to have them back out multiple times for 3 separate failures on the fixtures they installed. Pretty high failure rate for such a top-dollar outfit. The staff however, is friendly and knowledgable and I really enjoyed everyone I worked with, I just can't understand why it's so difficult to get lights to work and want better results.

After contacting 4 local Brisbane Electricians to install a ripple filter on our ceiling fans I got a range of responses from "A what?", "Sure, in 3 weeks" etc. The experience from Platinum was the complete opposite. I initially spoke with Barry who said he'd call me back with the best option after doing a bit of research, which he did. Then Paul turned up the next day, very professional and personable, got the job done quickly and it solved the murmuring noise in the fan. We then got them back to fix the rest. In short -engage these guys with confidence.

Had an old power board in our unit which kept blowing fuses. Platinum Electrical were the first result for electrician Sydney and were fantastic. Service and price were spot on. Highly recommended.
