Platypus Shoes Newtown

These criminals sold me faulty shoes and refused point-blank to give me a refund or exchange the shoes even after I showed them evidence of law requiring that they do so. I also showed them the injuries I incurred wearing the faulty Nikes. I have bought my shoes here for years - both for myself and my kids who are now grown and still buy their shoes here. Never again. They don’t allow a score of zero in this review section.

I wanted a pair of shoes in store and only one store in the country had my size in Tasmania the staff went beyond to order and deliver the shoes from down there and it was super appreciated, every one working there was super helpful and nice would definitely shop there again.

They were amazing instore when i went but ive been trying to contact them all day and no one is answering, sad face . So miranda got my buisness today .

Pretty sweet store that usually has some good discounts.

Bought a pair of Docs a month ago that were on sale for 69$ instead of 249$. The staff member was super nice while she assisted me finding the right size which isn't always so easy because of my wide feet 😅 along the way she and other staff members marveled at my yellow Stan Smith's that I wore that day and made compliments how great they look and later on we talked about them for a while. That's EXACTLY what people mean when they talk about that little extra plus in customer service. Great job (again), Platypus ! 😊

Best place to buy shoes...staff fantastic..but this tummy cry worst experience....pathetic customer service by guy called Timms..never buy anything in future...
