Scam!! Harassment!!
They didn't give me a quote but said my strata will pay for it and they know my strata, so not to worry. Ended up with $450 for just less than 5 mins of work(turned on the tap switch for me), and the bill goes to me. $450 !!? really?

I left a negative feedback on here then a guy from their company called me few times and requested me to remove my review! I denied his request and told him not to call me again but then he said he'll give me time to consider and called me days and nights. It was kinda scary that a guy called my number and they know where I live, so I removed my review and the calls stopped.

I have moved out from that apartment and saw the $450 charge from my statement half years ago, I can't stand of it and I reckon people deserve to know what kind of company it is.

Decided to go with Plumber to the Rescue due to the Google reviews I read, and have to say, I was really disappointed with the lack of experience from the two guys that came, as I did expressly explain on the phone that there was a possible leak in the wall due to bubbling paint to the receptionist, but these guys came unprepared and had to call their senior.

After speaking to some people about our experience (some of these people who have been in the industry), we realised that the prices we were charge were over the top, and had to get a second opinion in the end.

It's nice that they take off their shoes when they come to your house, and give you fancy marketing material, but my experience did not live up to all the niceties that they charge you extra for.

Alex did a great job in fixing our plumbing issue. He arrived early after checking to make sure that was OK, was efficient and kept me well informed of what was going on. I would happily recommend him and the company for any plumbing jobs.

On calling for a non urgent small domestic gas leak job, this highly publicised website offered $127 for call out AND a minor repair. I presumed that this fee + parts will be sufficient for the job.

Upon coming, they quoted $550 to replace a small (40-60cm) length of gas line and a ball valve. We paid the $127 callout fee rather than be ripped off like that for what is evidently a tiny job.

I sent photos of the job to two other plumbers who offered to carry out the job for $220 and $250. Their estimate of parts costs were around $20-$40.

Waste of $127 and unpleasant morning disruption for us.

Right on time with excellent service. The visit also included a general inspection including helpful tips. Would highly recommend "Plumber to the rescue"

Jason was friendly, and very efficient. Good to have hot water again, and he also gave a once over to other plumbing connections within my Unit.

After phoning 2 local plumbers on Friday ( who have still not returned my call) Cameron arrived to find our plumbing in somewhat of a mess or mystery but did not leave until we had some sort of service. Over the next 3 days he kept us well informed of what was going on & cost. A very professional & polite young man. Thank you for your huge effort......High recommend 😃

Fantastic service from Cameron. He called to let me know he was on his way, was prompt and courteous and fixed the problem quickly! He was very informative and explained each step, and left the bathroom cleaner than when he got there! I thoroughly recommend Plumber to the Rescue and won't use anyone else

On time. Everything well explained to me. Also, the service was avaiable on the morning I called. The lady who took my phone call was very pleasant. Overall, pretty good.

Wow, what a great team/company! Impressed from initial call to plumbing service for customer service and efficiency ! We had a few plumbing jobs that needed to be done in one visit due to my schedule. Mohommad (Mo) was initially called out and he was excellent - very experience/professional and efficient - initial quote (by job) was explained in detailed so we could choose best option to fix toilet/replace leaking taps and once confirmed, started straight away and communicated any issues/concerns throughout the job - he was also conscious we had a tight schedule so called additional assistance (Elliot) to ensure they could complete in time - very impressed ! Elliot's plumbing experience and quality of service also showed - He explained in detail repairs required to our toilet / dishwasher pipes and replaced the parts quickly and where only necessary - even tweeked a few minor things without our prompting as part of the service (without additional charge) very impressed !

Absolute 5 star service. I had Alan the electrician attend my home last week for an emergency light installation and he was courteous, fast, clean and delightful. Rohan the plumber attended today to deal with a shower issue and even walked up the road to get a replacement part for me, when the one I had bought was the wrong size! They are both outstanding tradesmen and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will only use Plumber and Electrician to the Rescue from now on. Their prices are excellent as is their workmanship.

I was able to get a plumber out at short notice. Jason arrived with only a brief idea about The job that was needed. He came up with a fast solution and worked well with my cabnet maker to get a good result. The job took longer than expected but he was happy to see it through. Unfortunately this meant his next client was delayed and then later cancelled. He was able to replace parts for my hot water system on the spot. He also checked the rest of the plumbing in my apartment for any problems. I was able to get a clear and accurate quote on the spot. Jason was excellent and very professional.
