Plus Fitness 24/7 Terrigal

Giving 1 star just because there is no option for minus stars. I put my membership on hold last month for couple of months and handed a signed application to their staff. I was still being charged so I went there this morning 25/7/17 to ask why is that happening when I put this on hold but the way I was shown too much aggression while I was so polite to their Manager was horrible. After paying twice for no reason I'm still going to be charged for 2 more weeks and there was no promise for any refund. It's a very beautiful Gym at beautiful location but deserves better staff or need more training to communicate politely with their customers. I recommended 4-5 other friends who joined this gym as well but unfortunately none of us is going back to this place again. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The best Plus Fitness 24/7 Gym I have been in

The Terrigal gym is not my regular club - I usually only get there on weekends as my normal Plus Fitness gym is in the city. The Terrigal Gym is the best I have visited.

It's a bright open gym with a cardio area that overlooks the ocean, large weights section and without a doubt the cleanest gym I have ever seen - it always looks amazing and the owners make extra effort ensuring there are air fresheners and coffee available for visitors

If you a local or just visiting on holiday I recommend this Plus Fitness 24/7 Gym

A great gym with a view fro the cardio area that people dream about, certainly makes the runs on the treadmills more easier.
