Poco

I went to the store to pick up the items I purchased from the loading dock. I went to where I was told to find out that it was the wrong place.

I then went to the correct place, picked up the items, came home to put it together, to find No instructions to assemble it
I rang the store to be told that they would email me the instructions but no email.
I called back to be told that once they put it together, they don't keep the instructions.
I got quite angry with them and surprise, surprise, they found the instructions and are suppose to be emailing it to me now.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I am not surprised they are closing, they should hv shut long time ago. We bought dinning table with leather seats 3 yrs bk. on the delivery, we didnt recieve any leather seats and when we rang to enquire abt, they said no stock. After calling few hundred times and everytime it was new excuse and we were sick off it. Finally we called ACCC/ Fair Trading and once they got involved, delivery happened next day. The worst service ever with rudest staff in whole wide world.

Will have to be the worst customer service I have ever received I asked a rude lady for some assistance when she then went to get someone else so she could have her lunch, 15 min later another lady walked passed and said she will help after she gets back from the toilet which cheers for that luv, I then walked the store to find a decent staff member who was on the phone for 10 minutes to maybe a customer but there was no acknowledgment, she then helped me and once she helped she involved the so called called manager named Sean who was the rudest man I have ever met in my life. I was standing as he was critisting the fact that customers are looking for better deals on floor stock models, the way the staff treat there own and there customers no wonder why they are going out of business!

I have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful. I read some of the negative comments and really! I had to laugh that some woman complained that a mattress cost $100 to deliver. If she had of had a truck and two strong men then pick it up yourself. This is the going rate for mattress delivery. Also, some of the other negative comments complaining about this and that, well please remember that POCO is a heavily discounted store so if you don't like it, go shop at David Jones and pay 3-4 times more for what you paid at POCO.

Terrible experience yesterday. Very bad customer service, no one was friendly. Got a desk and computer chair. I had to pick them up from the warehouse which is a 15 min drive from the showroom which was fine. When I got there they did not have the chair. So had to drive back to showroom for a refund of the chair. This morning opened the box up to assemble the desk. No instructions was in the box which had over 200 pieces. At 10:30 am called poco to tell them this and to see if I can get instructions emailed to me, it is now 12pm and no one has answered the phone yet. Spent $550 for what.

Small item such as tv unit is not stored in the shop warehouse. Not as good as ikea.

Questionable quality, lazy staff, warehouse closes before the store does.

Have spend there half a day. Nice atmosphere, however some products are on the floor. I would named it as "light IKEA". Parking isn't very big.

Can I purchase an upright stove from poco?
