Poho Flowers Potts Point

Ordered what I thought would be a big beautiful bunch of the pastel range to receive something that looked like it was purchased from Harris farm.

Once we complained they said they colour matched the photo of the flowers but those flowers were no longer in season. $300 will apparently get you 5 roses filled with greenery and sticks with these guys despite what their website might show. Advertising a product and not delivering that same one is not legal. I usually wouldn’t go to this effort but after explaining it was for a friends 30th and we were disappointed and showed proof we did not get what we ordered a simple sorry we didn’t meet your expectations won’t do.

Thank you for putting it in writing that the flowers you have up in your website are different from the ones you sold. Shocking customer service, You can expect a call from fair trading.

A flower shop with a nice team who make beautiful bouquets using a selection of bright coloured flowers. It was my first time witnessing ‘reflexing’ roses which consist of peeling back the petals to give the rose a more voluminous shape. I bought three bouquets over three days to take to friends for various occasions and the bouquets were so beautiful, supported with heavy cardboard, a bright ribbon and a free card to write a message to the recipient. I let the team member know the amount of money I would like to spend and they go around selecting the flowers asking whether I am happy with the colours selected. I highly recommend Poho flowers.

I can only say the best for this florist. I live on the Gold Coast and had to arrange flowers from my Grandmother and best friend. Their friend they have known for over 50 years was recovering in hospital. The friendly staff were able to send a stunning arrangement to suit their budget. The arrangement was beautiful. So artistic and stunning orchids to last the time she was in hospital. It came with a vase so it took away the worry of the hospital staff or family in locating a vase. I order flowers for my business, I always say to the lovely team at Poho here is our budget please make me something that's suited for our window display. When they deliver it's everything and more! I'm always blown away by their arrangements and their services are always super friendly and very helpful. I've also started to order my flowers for family and friends through these guys and I have to say for what you pay you get more than what you've asked for! Consistently disappointed each time I shop at this store- not sure why I go back. Staff unfriendly, rude- almost have to force a smile/ conversation! You're in customer service girls, cheer up- buying flowers is supposed to be a fun, positive happy experience for the customer! They're charging quality prices for sub-quality market flowers. I've a passion for quality flowers and don't mind paying the price- however not with no 'wow' factor and poor customer service! Plus when you see the same bunch, same quality two doors down in Harris Farm at half the price! I don't usually write poor reviews however it seems this store only places importance on the technical quality of their service, unaware of customer needs and expectations.

I ordered flowers on their website to be delivered and they WEREN'T. I wasn't even notified that the flowers weren't delivered, I had to ask the recipient if they received anything and they said no (embarrassing.) I called the store about it and they acknowledged they made a mistake and didn't send the order (ridiculous!) and instead of offering me a refund they just offered to make the bouquet a bit bigger. VERY disappointed. As a gift it was timely, and they were very unreliable. Would NOT use again.

The delivery time-frame was speedy as i needed the flowers delivered to my workplace immediately.
I called to place the order and made payment over the phone asking for bold colours & bright with an orchid stem, I also sent an email!!

The flowers were beautiful but not what i had asked for in colour. I called to advise that I was not happy, was not offered to have a replacement delivered. It was not what i had asked and i was told she didn't hear me say bold when i clearly had mentioned it and emailed "gorgeous and bold colours" my work colleague is sitting by me laughing about it because even he heard my conversation.
It took 3 goes to get my card details right over the phone so i should have assumed getting the colours correct would need to be reminded several times also.
Service was poor unfortunately and arrangements are not as i expected for the price paid.

I ordered a $150 bouquet and received something I wouldn't even pay half that for in my corner shop florist. I received an email saying they didn't have the exact flowers that I originally paid for but they would use similar ones and other seasonal flowers. Which I agreed to given I assumed it would still be of high standard. However when I received the bouquet to give to my mother the roses were withered and some were even broken half hanging out of the vase very sloppily. I know it was a same day order however I didn't pay to have half the flowers shoved in one side and the other half squashed in the other side. There was absolutely no arrangement to them whatsoever. I felt quite sad honestly they were to be given to my mum celebrating her first night out after getting out of hospital after being very ill for months. I hand her a cheap looking bouquet which she of course appreciated however it's still not right. I voiced my sadness over giving these flowers to my mother Saturday night and I am still yet to even be given an apology. So not only was the product poor, the service has also been poor.

Update: after writing a review I have now received an email that contained a poor excuse for an apology and nothing but excuses basically blaming the poor quality on my budget and the fact it was a same day order. If you can't provide a service don't let me pay for it simple. They offered me a fifty dollar voucher that is only a third of what I paid and wouldn't even buy me a bouquet to make up for the last one. I let them know I wasn't looking for a pay out in any case just a sincere apology. However I'm greeted with again poor customer service, zero accountability and no reply after letting them know that I didn't want the voucher, I would have simply appreciated a proper apology.

Great choices and variety of blooms. Best of all are the team, very friendly and knowledgeable and always serve you with a happy smile! My absolute favourite 🌷❤🌷
