Graham and Neil Pola are a father and son team; between them having over 70 years experience in the watch and jewellery trade. Graham is a highly skilled watchmaker specialising in older mechanical timepieces, while Neil is both a watchmaker and a jeweller and performs most of our jewellery manufacturing. We also have a team of suppliers, sales staff, and tradespeople behind the scenes to handle any request.

We offer such jewellery services as custom jewellery design, restoration /redesign, quality repairs, and cleaning /polishing /refinishing.

Our on-site watchmakers offer repairs on all types of timepieces - automatic, manual, quartz, pocket watches, and clocks - as well as replacing watch batteries and watch bands and testing for proper water resistance.

Appointments are available outside of normal business hours.
