Poplars Inn Mittagong

Wasnt happy to find both beds full of bed bugs. Once i informed them they got room fumigated .

Absolutely disgusted. We booked online, received a confimation email however when the payment failed to go through the 'hotel' failed to call us to inform us they had cancelled the booking, only sending an email. We turned up, where we were told it was cancelled and had to drive around for the best part of an hour to find something. We were lucky to as most places were booked out. Take your business elsewhere!

Very comfortable, clean room. Bit of road noise - ear plugs solved that. Short drive to restaurants. Obvious renovations inside and out are great. Will be staying their again if in area.

The Poplars Inn Mittagong is a lovely highway hotel. A simple room for a short stay.

We stayed here for one night over the Christmas period. Staff were friendly, however room was very dirty. There was dirt dust and hair all about the floor, no soap, and broken fixtures. There was also no shower curtain or door, and the sheets had blood stains all over them. Disappointing.

Great affordable room, clean and comfortable bed. No complaints here. Saw one small spider but then again this is Australia.

I for one is not happy that I had to cancel due to my sister's cat having emergency trip to the vet, and therefore had to be put to sleep, was told that I would not get my money back because I did not cancel the day before which was my cut off time, even though this was out of my control. I am in a wheelchair and was not able to go on my own, and they said I would get refunded if room was re-booked FAT CHANCE OF THAT! Wrote by email, next thing I look in my account they took my money! Even after I rang the next day.
