Inspired by this experience, Roh Singh spent the majority two years talking to business leaders, academics and management gurus about the correlation between sustained corporate results and customer benefits with the engagement and empowerment of the workforce. From this, our Roh developed the trademarked Populis Leadership Framework and established a made for web TV pilot for the world’s first online leadership talk show entitled “The Leadership Show”.
Populis’ ambition is to become the world’s most recognised boutique provider of leadership and business culture services. The practice will offer Populis’ local and global clients access to complete range of leadership services including: proven assessment tools, a trademarked leadership framework, hours of compelling real-world video content through the Leadership Show and a unique happiness regimen backed up by a 100% referenceability objective.
The practice will initially be launched in Australia, US, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore before it is rolled out to new markets.
