Went with a friend of mine - didnt buy any cars as we were still early stages of looking but Stephen was very helpful and honest. He patiently walked us through colours and what options in stock he had and was happy to keep in contact. Definitely will go back to see him when i'm in the market
Large dealership located near Alexandria most of the models on display were mid to high end which catered well to the demographics of its area however color choices were a little bland. Service was exceptional, staff were friendly and was patient in explaining the features and functions of the vehicle.
Not impressed with their customer service. Ended up going to Porsche Centre Willoughby and received exceptional customer service
I've been this store today. Wait 50 mins for a salesperson available. Reception told us between 10 and 15 mins. When a salesperson free, he talked to other customer who was later than me came in the store. I asked him we are still wait, he said "I suggest you make an appointment before come in the store on weekend". After 50 mins waiting time, it's already 5pm. I didn't believe we could finish the purchase order contract t. So we left. Simply just want to make deposit for car. Will buy the car in other store tomorrow. Really disappointed for this store.
I had a fantastic experience at Porsche Sydney South! Paul and Warren were great to work with and the process was smooth and professional. The showroom was stunning and the cars were presented very well. I purchased a new Boxster for my company and am still buzzing with excitement. Thank so much guys! Will definitely be returning.
