Port Kembla Hospital

PARKING! Really? Where? Turn up for a 8.30am appointment for my 2yr old for O.T.
Street parking ZERO.
Front entrance ZERO.
Car park behind hospital ZERO.
Bottom car park ZERO.
Where is PATIENT PARKING?
Call the complaints department, NO-ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! If no-one is working and answering the phone, why are the car parks FULL!
I was advised by one of the security guards with a smart attitude to park at BUNNINGS! Meanwhile a member of the Executive staff was supervising ANOTHER disabled park being assigned. There were already 8 disabled parks still empty. This executive lady stated I wouldn't be a nice person if I occupied one of them for 30mins! Meanwhile she was on her mobile phone texting or on facebook....not doing WORK RELATED DUTIES.
Question: where is patient parking? with minimal services being offered anyway....why is the car park FULL?

Try to go to Shellharbour Hospital for rehabilitation instead. Rundown and in need of maintenance.
