Josh and the team at Port Stephens Toyota really went out of their way to give my mum a great deal on her used RAV4. They had it looking so good when I took her to pick it up, that even though we had previously seen and test driven it. We walked right past it thinking it was a brand new model. The service was second to none.
This is the second car we have bought from Maitland/Port Stephens now, and they have definitely made a life long Toyota driver out of me.
I'll be buying all my cars from them from now on.

The staff are always friendly including the courtesy driver who picks up and drops off customers to various locations around Port Stephens. Service is prompt and informative. Servicing is scheduled by Port Stephens Toyota with reminders being sent to customers. All in all, a best practice business. Well done.
