GROOVE METHOD is a fun, fitness dance class for all ages and fitness levels. Melanie Guetin the Co-Ordinator, Master Trainer and CEO of the GROOVE METHOD will be running this Master Class of GROOVE on 3rd May to help raise funds for Women and Children with HIV /AIDS in Kenya
