POTTSVILLE BEACH RETREAT is a beautiful 3 bedroom fully self contained BEACH HOUSE that over looks the pristine waters of the Pottsville estuary. The house comfortably sleeps 6 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN (max 6 adults) or 4 ADULTS & 4 CHILDREN. There is NO ROAD TO CROSS to access the water - it is right at your door, and the surf beach is just a 5 minute stroll away. ONLY PACK YOUR CLOTHES as there is no need to bring anything else. There is a fully stocked kitchen including slow cooker, rice cooker, bread maker & a BLENDER to make smoothies. There is a PORT-A-COT & highchair as well as a box of TOYS, books & DVD's. There is even a WII with games & controllers. There are BIKES in the garage, a KAYAK under the house & a STAND UP PADDLE BOARD as well. The house is also fully air-conditioned with reverse cycle for winter, not that you will need it in winter when you have the TIMBER FIREPLACE going. THIS HOUSE HAS IT ALL & you don't even have to leave as right across the road is a CONVENIENCE STORE (they make the best hot chips), a BAKERY (the CROISSANTS are delicious) & the TAVERN who's meals are just fantastic. A short 5 minute walk away is the IGA, Chemist, Video shop, News-agency, Cafe & a Thai, Chinese & Indian Restaurant. YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE. . . . . . . . The BEST thing is that you can BRING YOUR PET. Dogs are more then welcome & you will find a DOG BED & BOWL on the Patio WAITING FOR THEM. There is an inclosed front yard for your beloved pooch, a back patio for them to lie on & don't forget the water right outside the back door for them to swim in. It really is dog heaven & they will be thanking you for this holiday.
