AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Read this, you need to know this... Had a perfectly good falcon ute for 2.5 years while being serviced in the country, moved to Sydney and started getting car serviced at power ford. Suddenly everything that can go wrong seems to go wrong all at once. They replaced the gearbox due to oil fault, the drive shaft went back in wrong which soon wrecked the drive shaft. I fought tooth and nail and finally got this done under warranty, in the meantime was openly ridiculed by one of their staff in front of everyone for being a hoon and thrashing my car (hey i guess they have to blame it on someone). my brother was there and hear it all. Next simple issue was a shuddering LSD, finally they agree to open it up and take a look, they go and put an open diff in it, when i finally get them to fix that they put a fault reco LSD in it, still doesnt work!!! AAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!! frustration to the point of tears!! Finally, a full year after the problem started, they agree to pay me to get it fixed elswhere... boom, fixed first time, like new. Have spoken to a mechanic who had a worker start at power ford only to come back a week later... one incident of many was that he was asked to flush out the brake fluid on a car with nowhere near enough fluid, was told to just drain the top off and fill the last bit up with new fluid...Incredible. Dont get your car serviced here it is dangerous for you and other drivers and your car!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would give -10 stars if i had the option.

Tell as many as you can, these guys dont deserve any work

They will 'service your car' but your car will be worse off than before, then to top it off they ring and ask for payment before you have even got it back

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD

Bought Ford focus sedan 2013, worst experience ever. They sold a lemon to me. At the time of purchase no one told me about the dual clutch and its a stupid thing. Lost $4500 in a month. They say there is nothing wrong with the engine but there was a in-built problem of transmission, which even Ford company can't fix. There are around 60,000 claims against Ford company for this Ford focus (double clutch). I recomend please before buying ford must search pro and cons, because they are not gona tell you the truth.

Would loved to of bought a car from them but sadly there prices are crazy other dealerships offer better deals.
Hopefully they will be more competitive in the future..........
