Power With Purpose

We are a family run Taekwondo, Martial arts , Defence, Health and Counselling centre. We cater for a wide range of clients from children to adults.

Power with Purpose is a family friendly martial arts, self defence and health centre run by father and son team Michael and Matthew Rahn.

Both Michael and Matthew are also trained counsellors and work with students on a physical and cognitive level to get the very best student outcomes.

We run family friendly taekwondo classes, self-defence classes and Stay Safe seminars at a number of locations in Sydney’s North West. We also provide family counselling through our dedicated service Making Choices
