Powerlab Description

If you want to beat the guys in your regular bunch ride, swap turns rather than hang on to the back of the world cup bunch, smash your best times at an event or win a particular race then we can make you faster.

We will ensure you get the most improvement possible from whatever amount of time you have available to train. We will also work with whatever heart rate or power monitoring equipment you have.

We have state of the art testing to determine bodyfat % , max VO2 power, OBLA(onset of blood lactate accumulation) and FTP(functional threshold power).

Dont worry. We will explain the purpose of all this to you and how this information can help us workout how you need to be training to create more speed.
