Our Motto: Engage With What MattersBackground: Founded in 1981, PPIA UNSW (also know as the Indonesian Students' Association in the University of New South Wales) is a well-established and active student organisation that operates under the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Sydney. Over the years, PPIA UNSW has gained momentum as it now has over 800 active members who are currently studying in UNSW, and up to 3500 students who are residing in New South Wales state. Our Vision: To Develop, Connect and Aspire Indonesian students studying in UNSW, PPIA UNSW aims to help students: 1. Adapt to university life in Australia2. Build a meaningful network3. Better understand the Indonesian culture4. Aspire for greatnessThis vision is communicated through organising various events such as the Indonesian Night Market, Peer Mentoring program, Educational Seminars, Gala Nights, Charity Visits and many more.
