Wayne took time with us and got us the price we wanted when every other agent kept trying to knock us down to make a quick buck. Old fashioned service was nice to see when the previous agents just kept trying to grab our money and run. We sold fast, and got the price we wanted. Very happy.

Rude, inconsiderate staff, many other agents in town

I asked this agency to rent my property. They were very rude and condescending to me and did not list the property properly until I threatened to take it away from them. When they found the tenant, they were racist towards one of them who was Aboriginal. When I tried to cancel the rental agreement they refused to pay me the rent they were holding and refused to give an invoice for that rent or an end of year statement.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

James Hannah- Very very unprofessional, arrogant and very rude!!! He even dare to lied when I asked to speak to his manager he said Nick is the Manager but in fact Nick is a Sale Agent! What a liar James!!!

Terrible lied to by selling agent. Told second bathroom in shed but didn't have keys. Lies. An outdoor tin shower. Lied 3 phase power. No 15 amp power Lied. NBN available. No Optus couldn't even supply ADSL 2.
Rude, ambitious sales person Kristy who lies to purchasers. Complained to licensee and afterwards got an unpleasant email and rude phone call. Avoid this agency
