Very bad service. They are not giving us the deposit of $1,000 back. They quoted us a verbal financing amount that we were happy with. We paid a deposit, and the finance came back almost $400 more/month which obviously was not in our budget. It was very hard to say no we can’t afford this as the sales guy kept pushing that we have to take the car because we said yes. This was such a bad experience that we will now have to denounce them to get our money back. People work hard for money and these people choose to keep your money after quoting you wrong and expecting to sign up for a car outside of your budget. No one wants to be pressured into this. Just give us the money back!

Bought a car from Carlos at Prestige, it was a challenging time being the end of the year in 2021 but we managed to scrape the deal over the line just before Christmas. Car arrived 3 days earlier than expected in January which was great. All round a good experience w/Carlos & team and would purchase from them again.

Nice guy to deal with on a Sunday morning. Knew his hybrid cars extremely well. He was happy to give myself and my husband a test drive in turns. We didn't buy the car in the end, but wasn't because of Carlos, we just found a car elsewhere. Beautiful location!

The worst car dealer ever. Be aware of them. They sold me a Audi a3 with full of problems. They trying to fix it without success, its been more than a week .They would not even give a loan car. Once the deal is done they not helpful at all. Do yourself a favour and buy your next car somewhere else.

I am looking at buying another car from PAT but am a bit concerned about the low rating it has been given. This has propted me to say that I found them fantastic. Only 2 months after purchasing a brand new Audi RS3 the whole front end was smashed in a collision. I called Prestige Autobody in Artarmon and spoke with Ben there. He was very polite, professional and informative. As a new car owner & enthusiast I did not want just anyone to fix my car I wanted it completely restored to the original condition that I purchased it in so I decided that prestige was the only company that I wanted to work on my car. The insurance company that I was insured with, was difficult from the word go, they did not want me to use my preferred and trusted repairer rather they wanted to ship it off to a cheaper repearer to save money on there end. Ben ensured me that prestige would take care of me and do everything in their power to keep the car at there shop and be fixed properly. I was provided with a replacement vehicle at no extra cost, and during the time that my car was being fixed I was constantly updated with the repair process. Prestige won the quote even though I was told and put down by numerous people from my insurance company that I didn't have a choice in the matter! The car is now fully restored and back on the road. I would highly recommend using Prestige Auto Body for any work on your car

Saw a car online I really liked, then I did some research on the company through social media and google reviews. Was hesitant with there 3-4 star ratings and some of the bad feedback on there.

But let me tell you- I received 5 star service in all aspects of the sale. Smooth, fast, attentive customer service with the staff here at Prestige. My wife loves her birthday present (BMW X5) and the extra effort you put in for her.

I usually don't leave feedback, however I think that Prestige does deserve some recognition here. Don't always believe the ratings you see online, only the negative people will speak up and the good experiences are so fast to be forgotten and unspoken of.

Good work Prestige Auto Traders, you have definitely have won my family and I over.
